Narco Music are clubs mushrooming all over LA, and up and down the west coast. The cross-over music scene and culture is generating hybrid fashion trends and lifestyle ties between the Sinaloa mainstream, in Mexico and the Mexican-American mainstream culture in LA. “It’s a social movement of people who came from nothing and dream of a chance out”, says Joel Vazquez the manger Buknas de Culiacan and employee of Twins Enterprise. ” It’s a lot like Hip Hop or Gangster Rap except it’s Mexican Culture not Black”.
